About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our Administration team at Triumph Motorcycles. As a key member of our Design department, you will be responsible for assisting engineering teams with design drawing releases and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Design Engineers with design drawing releases, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and best practices.
  • Assist engineering teams with administrative tasks, including data management and record-keeping.
  • Develop strong analytical and checking skills to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in an administration team or data management system is advantageous, but training will be provided.
