Job Title: Technical Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our Administration team at Triumph Motorcycles. As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting engineering teams in checking and releasing technical drawings within a fast-paced Design department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Design Engineers with design drawing releases, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and best practices.
  • Assist engineering teams with various administrative tasks, including data management and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or technical support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
