Learning and Development Officer

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Officer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional learning and development experience for our employees and ensuring the efficient running of related systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Learning Management System (Litmos) on a day-to-day basis, creating and managing training events, monitoring compliance, and maintaining individual training records on the HR Information System (Natural HR).
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information relating to learning and development on internal communications platforms, write promotional items, and promote learning events using our organization's communication channels.
  • Participate in learning and development projects as appropriate, including launching new features in a system.

Requirements:

  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in using various systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Performance Management Systems, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Accurate data inputting, record-keeping skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities, including the capacity to multi-task and work independently.
  • A passionate advocate for learning and development, demonstrating a commitment to their own self-development.
