Job Title: Head of Operations

Reed is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our R&D Claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve the R&D Claims process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Set targets for claims submissions and monitor progress
  • Plan and implement work schedules for the operations team to ensure seamless delivery
  • Attend and participate in Level 10 meetings to drive business growth
  • Liaise with the CRM Manager to ensure the CRM reflects the claims process and reporting requirements
  • Support the Integrator in implementing and running the company on the EOS model
  • Use the EOS tools to manage operational team members and drive performance
  • Help the business live the Core Values and promote a positive company culture
  • Tactical Work: Communicate with clients and third parties, e.g. accountants, to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage the operations team to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Manage claims through various stages to ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure the CRM is up to date and train the team on how to use the CRM effectively
  • Carry out AML checks on all clients to ensure compliance
