- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, such as accountants, to ensure seamless interactions.
- Manage the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Oversee claims through various stages, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and train the team on its use to maximize efficiency.
- Carry out AML checks on all clients to maintain compliance and integrity.
