### Job Title: A&E General Nurse

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate A&E General Nurse to join our team at WR Health. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to our care home's policies and procedures
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
* Conduct thorough assessments, identifying residents' needs and preferences
* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by medical professionals
* Maintain accurate records, reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff
