About the Role:

The MAC Careers team is seeking a highly skilled In-Store Trainer to join our team at London Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial success of the MAC brand, achieving and exceeding sales targets and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial success of the MAC brand by achieving and exceeding sales targets and service standards.
  • Lead by example in terms of product knowledge and artistry, providing coaching and training to the existing team.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the retail team.
  • Collaborate with the MAC core training team to attend and support training workshops and participate in special brand events and retail initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in makeup artistry and coaching/training.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work to sales targets and KPIs.
  • Passion for the makeup category with creative flair and personality.
  • Qualifications in makeup artistry and/or retail management.
