Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a Bobst Die Cutting machine, setting die cutting machine inserting die tooling, and monitoring machine running speeds to ensure efficiencies are maintained consistently.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate a Bobst Die Cutting machine to produce high-quality circular packaging solutions.
- Set die cutting machine inserting die tooling into machine and ensure all creases and waste are stripped to company standards.
- Monitor and fine-tune machine running speeds to maintain consistent efficiencies and achieve targets.
- Report to Team Leader and design team with any tooling damages or upgrades/replacements required.
- Perform weekly routine maintenance, cleaning down machine, and working with the engineering team to grease and replace worn parts.
- Learn and operate other process lines and machines, such as folder gluers and printers, as part of our training and development plans.
