About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Team at Asahi Europe & International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on business development and digital transformation
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
