Project Manager

Asahi Europe & International is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Digital Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, and risk.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
  • Manage project stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project progress, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements
  • University graduate (masters preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior project management capacity, responsible for project budgets up to around 5m.
  • Formal training, certification is desirable (PMP, APM, Prince2)
  • Proven success in providing direct leadership for project teams, building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
  • Strong leadership and diplomatic skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology functions and organizations.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
