Head of IT Strategy

As a key member of the Asahi Europe & International leadership team, the Head of CIO Office will play a critical role in driving the company's digital transformation and IT strategy. This senior IT executive will be responsible for ensuring that the IT organization is aligned with the company's business objectives and is equipped to deliver strategic technology solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

1. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive digital transformation.
2. Lead the IT organization in delivering strategic technology solutions that meet business needs and drive growth.
3. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives that drive business value.
4. Develop and manage IT budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of IT projects and services.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT vendors, and partners.
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
7. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions.

1. 15+ years of professional experience in IT, with 10+ years in senior leadership roles.
2. International experience, with a proven track record of delivering IT solutions in a global context.
3. Strong technical skills, with expertise in IT technologies, solutions lifecycle, business relationship, and project management.
4. Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation.
5. Proficiency in English, SAP, Microsoft, and M365.
