Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Performance and Retail Sales: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • Create an Excellent Customer Experience: Ensure that customers have an exceptional shopping experience, including creating an engaging store environment and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage Store KPIs: Monitor and manage store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Profit and Loss (P&L), audit, and customer service.
  • Keep Team's Technical Product Knowledge Up to Date: Ensure that the team has the necessary technical product knowledge to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
  • Report to Area Manager: Provide regular updates and reports to the Area Manager on store performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Passion for the Outdoors: A passion for the outdoors and a desire to work in a retail environment that aligns with this passion.
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably at a Supervisor, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness, including knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
