We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Administrator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative systems and processes to perfection, supporting our Home Manager in effectively running services.
- Maintain impeccable financial records and prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll and HR information, and prioritize Resident wellbeing above all else.
- Provide exceptional administrative support, utilizing your IT and administration qualifications, such as ECDL, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Residents, colleagues, and external partners, embodying our values of kindness, compassion, and respect.
- A competitive hourly rate, subject to experience and qualifications.
