About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Phoenix 2 Retail. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of field-based sales professionals in the South region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 10 field-based sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the South region, building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers in retail stores.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, delivering compelling presentations and pitches to close deals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered to customers at all times.
  • Time Management: Manage your time and territory plan effectively to maximize productivity and meet (and exceed) all KPIs and targets set.
  • CRM Administration: Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date and admin is kept on top of.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full driving license
  • Demonstrable track record of coaching, developing and mentoring a field-based team to achieve company and individual objectives and targets
  • Excitement about working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Great team player with the ability to inspire and motivate, with an outgoing and approachable personality
  • Highly organized with great time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
