Join Our Team as a Graduate Environmental Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Environmental Advisor to join our team at Kier Group. As a Graduate Environmental Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our environmental management and sustainability practices across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and company policies across projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess environmental risks and performance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing environmental management plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on environmental metrics, such as waste, energy use, and resource consumption.
  • Provide environmental advice and support to project teams to promote best practices and reduce environmental impacts.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Geography, Sustainability, Ecology, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess environmental risks and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and engage with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach, with a keen interest in promoting sustainability and environmental best practices.
  • Hold full UK driver's licence.
