About The Role

EKFB, a joint venture of international market leaders in civil engineering and construction, is seeking an Environmental Advisor to join their team on the HS2 project. As a key member of the environmental management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the project's environmental sustainability and compliance with HS2 contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the environment managers in delivering HS2 contract requirements relating to environmental management.
  • Provide specialist advice to project managers on HS2 contract environmental requirements, EKFB management processes, and legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for implementing best practice and innovation to achieve cost and programme efficiencies and risk mitigation.
  • Record achievements in best practice case studies.
  • Undertake assurance in accordance with EKFB management processes, including document control, audit, non-conformance, surveillance inspections, and incidents.
  • Support the supply chain in delivering HS2 contractual requirements.
