Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Ultimate Banking. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support business growth.
  • Collaborate with managers to build leadership and coaching capabilities, including career development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Use data-driven decision making to enhance the learning offering and processes, optimizing budget, employee experience, and business impact.
  • Optimize and enhance digital learning capabilities by strategic deployment and development of the Learning Management System.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, including leadership and coaching development.
  • Experience in administering or working with a Learning Management System or digital and online learning platforms.
