Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Training Specialist to join our team at Dovetail and Slate Ltd. As a Digital Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital training programs to adults on a college campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging digital training sessions to meet the needs of our students.
  • Plan and develop curriculum to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Identify and address the digital learning needs of our organization and target audience.
  • Customize training approaches to accommodate different learning styles.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification (preferred).
  • Have valuable experience in teaching or relevant industry expertise.
  • Possess strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
  • Be committed to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
