Position: Asset Care Planner

Contract Type: Temporary Assignment

Overview of Your Role:
At our Edmonton Operations, we produce an impressive volume of beverages annually, utilizing multiple manufacturing lines. Our facility is unique in its ability to create specific drink formats, and our team comprises over 250 dedicated professionals across various departments. Your Responsibilities:
As an Asset Care Planner, you will be responsible for organizing the Maintenance Plan activities for assets within assigned work areas, ensuring they are executed at the appropriate intervals. The Maintenance Plan encompasses asset care, continuous improvement, and scheduled overhauls.

  • Introduce and modify maintenance tasks and schedules in the SAP PM system as required.
  • Coordinate and prioritize planned maintenance activities in collaboration with production teams.
  • Determine the necessary resources and skills to effectively implement the maintenance plans.
  • Ensure that all required spare parts are available and organized ahead of scheduled maintenance.
  • Evaluate the quality of maintenance tasks through Process Confirmations.
  • Manage maintenance activities within budgetary constraints, including asset care and defect management.
  • Maintain the integrity of the SAP PM system by identifying and rectifying errors and ensuring work orders are completed.
  • Foster strong relationships with current suppliers and explore new opportunities as they arise.

  • Possess the knowledge and adaptability to cover various work areas as needed.
  • Commit to upholding site standards and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Take ownership of the quality of your work and seek ways to improve.
  • Embrace teamwork and flexibility to achieve departmental and site objectives while advancing your career.
  • Experience with SAP PM, particularly in maintenance scheduling and materials management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
