About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our successful team based in Burham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing sustainability, safety, health, and environment, while leading our mechanical engineering discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve the performance of our water and wastewater treatment works.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in water/wastewater site management.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  • HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
