The role of Store Supervisor at FCB Coffee is a vital part of our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting your Manager in all aspects of the daily trading, including staffing, financial performance, stock levels, and deliveries. This is a hands-on role where you will lead the way in day-to-day duties such as serving customers, barista duties, and ensuring our standards are maintained to the highest standards at all times through cleaning procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: You will be responsible for sales-focused shifts, ensuring the store and team are ready to make money, and goals have been set and known. You will also be responsible for deploying the team, setting clear targets and instructions, and maintaining displays to the highest standards.
  • Standards: You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, including opening and closing on time and to our standards. You will also be responsible for shift leadership, deployment, restocking, presentation, speed of service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Service: You will be responsible for providing customer-first attitude, ensuring the shop floor is kept clean, and we always look our best. You will also be responsible for dealing with customer complaints and providing instant resolutions to ensure our customers always leave happy.
  • People: You will be responsible for corrective coaching where required, conducting monthly check-ins with team members, and providing feedback and support & training.

Requirements:

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the impact on the wider performance of the business.
  • Ability to complete and send the weekly business review on time and in the Manager's absence.
  • Ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, from technical issues on tills to mechanical issues with the coffee equipment.
