About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Slough. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for assessing and solving brick-based problems quickly and confidently using the latest CRM tools.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is fluent in both Dutch and English. If you are a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
  • Assess and solve brick-based problems quickly and confidently using the latest CRM tools
  • Connect with our customers in a fun and engaging way to help build stronger and longer-lasting relationships with them
  • Cover a variety of shifts and weekends to ensure we offer best-in-class service
  • Represent the LEGO brand through our unique tone of voice
  • Prioritise and multitask to meet our customers' expectations

We offer a competitive salary, plus awesome benefits including a performance-based/discretionary bonus of up to 10%. We also offer full in-person training with a 4-week induction, followed by 2 weeks on-the-job support. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office, with the option to work from home.
