Job Title: Employee Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team at Heat Recruitment Ltd. As an Employee Benefits Specialist, you will provide technical support to corporate consultants and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a portfolio of corporate clients and act as the primary point of contact via telephone and email.
  • Liaise with third-party providers and build relationships with corporate clients.
  • Use internal CRM systems to update client information and adhere to data protection and FCA regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Employee Benefits or Corporate Administration.
  • A keen interest in Workplace Employee Benefits.
  • Proven experience in providing quality support and building credible client relationships.
  • CII qualifications a bonus.
  • Experience using IT systems and software, including platform/provider websites and portals.
