About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children with Additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons to children with Additional needs
  • Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Plans
  • Provide one-to-one support to children with Additional needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and safety of all children
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to identify and address the needs of children with Additional needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with Additional needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced education environment
