We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Premier Inn in Hereford. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your passion for customer service to make a real difference to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks in our hotel restaurant and bar.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
