About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Learner Support Services team as a Team Lead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the operational management of the team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in learner support services, with experience in managing teams and leading change. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to support the delivery of learner support services, as well as monitoring the timeliness, consistency, and quality of training data used in the collation of monthly compliance reports.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of external learning funding applications that feed into monthly budget reports, divisional spend statements, and submissions to external bodies. The post holder will liaise with other teams as necessary to ensure problems are investigated and resolved promptly and that action is taken to avoid recurrence.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of LMS administration, stakeholder management, and relationship skills, as well as experience managing a team of people. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for learner support services, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational management of the Learner Support Services team
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to support the delivery of learner support services
  • Monitoring the timeliness, consistency, and quality of training data used in the collation of monthly compliance reports
