Lubrication Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Coordinator to join our team at Central Employment Agency (North East) Limited. As a key member of our Fluid Management Service, you will be responsible for managing and executing various activities related to fluid management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and action all activities required of the Fluid Management Service.
- Lead and manage the Fluid Management team, allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Apply and change lubricants and fluids according to planned maintenance schedules.
- Perform coolant and wash cleanouts, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Monitor and control fluids and plant equipment, reporting findings using our company's in-house system.
- Manage fluid waste streams, ensuring safe and environmentally responsible disposal.
- Provide excellent customer liaison and support in operational meetings.
- Adhere to strict practices and procedures, including 5S and Health & Safety protocols.
- Suitable qualifications and experience in a mechanical, chemical, or production environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability.
