Retail Operations Team Member

Overview

As a passionate individual who enjoys engaging with customers, you will be an integral part of our retail operations at the garden centre.

Compensation: £11.50 per hour, inclusive of an outer London weighting allowance.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Schedule: This position requires you to work 7 hours every Sunday.



Work Environment

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on providing outstanding service to our visitors.

Our garden centre is one of the most frequented locations, attracting customers throughout the year. With a variety of seasonal events, there is always something engaging happening.

We take pride in offering the largest selection of plants within our organization, along with a diverse range of garden products and local goods that tell the story of our heritage.



Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Retail Operations Team Member, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and provide expert advice. Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Receiving and organizing deliveries
  • Creating attractive displays
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly shop environment

This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and eager to learn more about the retail sector.
