We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Practitioner to join our CAMHS team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality CBT services to children and young people with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and formulate treatment plans for clients, working collaboratively with other professionals as needed.
- Deliver CBT interventions to children and young people, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to less experienced therapists, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of CBT services within the CAMHS team, ensuring that our services are responsive to the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Postgraduate diploma in High Intensity IAPT or CYPIAPT, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working with children and young people, with a strong understanding of their mental health needs and the complexities of delivering CBT services in this context.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a willingness to learn and adapt in response to changing service needs and client requirements.
