Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

Care Assistant- Residential Care Home - Knowesouth Care Centre

Full, Part Time & Bank Available - Full Time & Part Time

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a residential care home, providing care and support to elderly residents. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Participating in holistic caring activities and promoting the well-being of residents
  • Reporting any changes in residents' condition and contributing to their care plans
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, staff, and visitors

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience of care work in a hospital, care, or nursing home
  • A passion for care of the elderly
  • NVQ2 / SVQ2 or QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care or Care
