About the Dim Sum Chef Role

Hyatt Hotels is seeking a skilled Dim Sum Chef to join our culinary team. As a Dim Sum Chef, you will be responsible for creating and following traditional recipes, while also being innovative with new dim sum creations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize traditional Chinese cooking techniques, such as steaming, frying, and baking, specific to dim sum preparation.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and restaurant management to design and update the dim sum menu.
  • Manage the dim sum station and ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Introduce new dim sum items and seasonal specials to keep the menu exciting and diverse.

About You

We are looking for a proven track record and experience in high-end Chinese cuisine. Excellent knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements is essential.
