Primary Duties:
The Global Key Account Manager is essential in nurturing and enhancing partnerships with pivotal clients in the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector. This role encompasses representing the company's values, overseeing contractual agreements, uncovering business prospects, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Duties Include:
- Uphold the company's reputation within Key Accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings
- Offer strategic direction for client relationships
- Oversee critical commercial elements of contracts
- Formulate and execute business development strategies
- Collaborate with the Global Key Account Management team
- Deliver regular updates to the Global Head of Key Account Managers
