Position: Deputy General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch service quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Implement strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing profitability.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing processes, focusing on cost control and waste reduction.

Qualifications:
