Key Responsibilities

  • Student Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with students, providing a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable seeking guidance.
  • Support and Mentoring: Assist students in overcoming academic and personal challenges by offering tailored support, advice on coping strategies, and encouragement for positive behavior.
  • Intervention Programs: Collaborate with the school's pastoral team to design and implement targeted intervention programs that address individual student needs, focusing on improving attendance, behavior, and overall engagement.
  • Parental and Community Liaison: Act as a bridge between the school, parents, and the wider community. Facilitate parent involvement in their child's education and connect students with external support services when necessary.
