Position Overview:
Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to oversee a children's residential facility specializing in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Registered Manager, your duties will include:
1. Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the children's home.
2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
3. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
4. Supporting and supervising staff to foster a positive and nurturing environment.
5. Engaging with families and external agencies to promote the welfare of the children.

Location:
Locks Heath

Compensation:
Competitive salary up to £49,000 per annum

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess relevant managerial experience in a children's care setting, along with a strong understanding of EBD care practices. A commitment to improving the lives of children and a passion for leadership are essential for this role.
