Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and document process improvements, including process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Attend requirements gathering meetings, standup meetings, and backlog refinement sessions to ensure development aligns with the desired end state.
- Support the rollout of process and technology changes to ensure the business is ready to adopt improved processes and procedures.
- Validate technology changes with stakeholders in terms of value, impact, and scope.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate the end-user process of new functionality.
- Develop and deliver Salesforce reports to monitor the success of new functionalities.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a related subject, or relevant experience working with technology and business transformation teams.
- Hold a project management qualification or relevant experience working within cross-functional project teams.
- Have experience using JIRA and Confluence project management software.
- Have experience using Salesforce.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Admissions assessment and confirmations process.
- Have experience running UAT and handing over requirements for operational readiness.
