About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Officer to join our team within the Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our Highway Operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general and technical support to the Highway Operations team, including facility management and health and safety.
  • Take and prepare minutes from team meetings and develop excellent relationships with support staff, engineers, and technical teams.
  • Support the technical team to manage enquiries and feedback on resource issues and pressures to the Highway Operation Centre.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and data, using computer systems to manage and report on key performance indicators.
