Key Responsibilities of a Culinary Team Associate:

As a Culinary Team Associate, you will engage in various customer-facing tasks throughout the hostel, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests and visitors.

While your primary focus will be on catering duties, you may also assist in other areas of the hostel. Your contributions may include:

  • Strictly adhering to food safety standards in storage, preparation, and service.
  • Maintaining a strong commitment to health and safety regulations, ensuring timely completion of kitchen inspections.
  • Taking pride in the preparation, presentation, and serving of high-quality meals.
  • Accurately recording food waste according to hostel procedures, focusing on minimizing waste to enhance profitability.
  • Delivering food and beverages with warmth and hospitality, engaging in genuine conversations with guests, and suggesting additional menu items to enhance their dining experience.

Desired Skills and Experience for a Culinary Team Associate:

While previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement for our Culinary Team Associates. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills and punctuality are essential.
