About Our ServiceOur children\u2019s residential home provides care and support for up to 6 young people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and sensory impairment. Our dedicated and experienced team prides themselves on providing a high level of care to the young people they support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the residential children\u2019s home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
- Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as healthcare professionals and social workers, to ensure seamless care and support.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the home meets the required standards.
- Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience managing an Ofsted-regulated home.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of current legislation, including Children\u2019s regulations and Ofsted standards.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Full driving license and own transport.
