Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our expanding team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business through seamless cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business success by providing high-quality financial insights and analysis.
  • Ensure accurate product costing and analyse margins to meet financial objectives.
  • Provide financial insights to support customer quotation processes.
  • Analyse financial performance of customers and products.
  • Track project costs and time to guarantee accurate revenue recognition.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Present to Executives, offering detailed guidance to both finance and non-finance managers.
  • Leverage commercial acumen to recommend improvements in data capture, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
  • Proficient in using ERP/MRP software systems and advanced Excel.
  • Expertise in costing methods and commercial environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences and manage conflicting priorities independently.
