ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in large-scale capital initiatives, ranging from hundreds of millions to over a billion pounds. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in cost management and will have a proven track record in supporting project controls and contract oversight from a financial standpoint. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and evaluating the cost data provided by EPC contractors, including cost reporting and forecasting
  • Providing cost insights for change management processes
  • Reviewing and advising on cost and commercial proposals from contractors
  • Determining the value of completed work, including managing valuations, applications, and invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Strong foundation in cost management
  • Familiarity with Civil, Mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, access, insulation, and painting within the industrial sector
  • Experience in contract management
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement
