Ash Grove Medical Centre, a modern facility established in 2001, is located in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire. This well-designed centre features multiple consultation and treatment rooms, as well as spacious meeting and administrative areas. We offer both full-time and part-time roles, allowing you to work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary teams.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will collaborate with our Clinical Lead GP to enhance service quality and improve practice efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing consultations and appropriate clinical management for patients visiting the practice or requiring home visits.
  2. Establishing and maintaining chronic disease management clinics.
  3. Offering telephone and/or virtual consultations and managing patient inquiries as needed.
  4. Conducting telephone triage when necessary.
  5. Maintaining accurate and legible records of all patient interactions and contributing to electronic data recording and audits as required.
