Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Systems Implementation Specialist, you will:
- Oversee the configuration and deployment of software systems.
- Provide comprehensive training to clients to ensure effective use of our solutions.
- Assist in the installation and setup of systems, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
- Support the Helpdesk Team with technical inquiries and software-related issues.
- Utilize your expertise in Excel and experience with both software and hardware.
- Travel to client sites as needed, which may involve 2 to 3 days of travel per week.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driving license.
- Experience in software installation and customer support.
