Quality Assurance Lead (Fixed-Term Contract)

Expertise in Ellucian Banner or a comparable Student Information System is a prerequisite.
Role Responsibilities: As a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead, you will oversee all facets of testing within the IT landscape, encompassing technical system evaluations, integration assessments, user acceptance evaluations (UAT), as well as both functional and non-functional testing. This role provides a unique chance to significantly elevate quality standards across the organization while offering expert advice to stakeholders at various levels. You will be tasked with formulating the testing strategy, which will include automation and tool selection.
Key Duties:
- Oversee all testing operations across the IT landscape.
- Articulate and disseminate the vision for testing capabilities.
- Plan and implement testing within program execution.
- Create and sustain reports and analytics to monitor progress against critical performance metrics.
- Guide testing personnel to ensure the execution of high-caliber testing processes and results.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant academic background in technical, engineering, or scientific fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated capability to manage essential testing processes in system, integration, and user acceptance testing environments.
- Experience in organizing and advancing testing activities within broad professional or organizational frameworks.
- Ability to comprehend and resolve intricate, persistent issues utilizing professional expertise.
- Structured, logical, and analytical thinking skills to support stakeholders.
