Job Summary

As a Bank Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals to residents while working in a more balanced work environment compared to a typical restaurant or hotel setting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in creating menus and working with fresh seasonal produce to deliver hotel/restaurant standards without the long hours and split shifts.
  • Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, maintaining high quality and standards, working within budget, and leading and motivating a team.
  • Work with residents to tailor menus around their needs and preferences, delivering person-centred hospitality across all services.

Requirements
