Job Summary:
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architect to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in workplace design, along with outstanding creative, technical, and communication abilities, and a strong enthusiasm for innovative and sustainable design practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct architectural projects from initial concept to final execution.
- Create and present design concepts to clients, integrating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to produce detailed designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to manage project implementation.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior architects and interns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (Part 3 qualification preferred).
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in workplace design.
- Proficient in CAD software; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Exceptional creative, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous architectural work.
