About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at Design International. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Leader and Design Manager in the development of all design stages, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of design concepts and solutions
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and codes
  • Work on projects involving listed buildings and those of significant historical value
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a Senior Architect in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Revit with at least 3 years of live experience
  • Proficiency in other design applications and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong mixed-use, retail, commercial, and residential background
  • Excellent understanding of the complete architectural process and RIBA stages
  • UK experience in projects involving listed buildings and those of significant historical value
  • RIBA or ARB qualified or equivalent with up to five years of professional experience
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
