We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our Risk and Compliance team at Talk Staff. If you have experience in conducting risk analysis, AML checks, resolving escalated conflicts, and serving as a point of contact for client onboarding queries, we want to hear from you.
To be considered for this role, you'll require the following essential skills:
- An excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of determination, focus, and teamwork
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in working in risk or compliance, ideally in a professional or financial services environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving nature and ability to think critically
In this position, you'll be working as part of a wider team to ensure the client onboarding process is compliant and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving client due diligence, conflict, and other risk escalations, and liaising with partners and staff members firm-wide
- Conducting reviews of new business, including client due diligence and risk assessment
- Identifying and facilitating resolution of conflicts of interest and confidential information issues
- Escalating any issues where appropriate and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them
