About the Role:
This position entails overseeing a variety of subjects, ensuring a seamless and effective learning atmosphere in the absence of the regular instructor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee classes during teacher absences, fostering a positive and productive educational environment.
  • Adhere to lesson plans provided by the absent instructor and ensure students remain engaged.
  • Uphold classroom discipline and manage student behavior in accordance with institutional policies.
  • Assist students' learning by addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to facilitate a smooth transition between lessons.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with secondary school students, preferably in a supervisory or educational support capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a classroom.
  • Ability to adapt to various subjects and teaching methodologies as necessary.
  • A flexible and dependable approach to work, with the capability to cover at short notice.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for education and a commitment to helping students thrive.
