About the Role

Step Teachers is seeking a Cover Supervisor to provide support to Secondary Schools in Tower Hamlets. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher, maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a collaborative school community.
  • Apply subject knowledge and expertise to support student learning and engagement across various subjects and age groups.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
